we are a small business due to which we cant get good deal for delivery packages because like other Ecommerce website
shipping charges include courier pickup from the warehouse then cash on delivery charges are also extra cost on us thats why all the courier partner charges extra price from a small business .

customer trust Cash on delivery mode of payment thats why all the courier partner charges extra charges for managing cash or on site payment facilities .
prepaid parcel will always be easy to manage to the delivery person thats why prepaid parcels are litte affordable .
RTO charges …(Return to origin )
if parcel is not delivered then parcel will be return to its original destination for that we have pay that charge from our pocket . so we want to make sure before delivery . we try to reach our customer and then we release the parcel to courier partner .
what is volumetric charges ?
some parcel are light in weight but their dimensions are big so courier partner charges on the basis of weight of the volume of parcel or actual weight of the parcel which ever is bigger number courier partner will charge on that basis .
